actually, America happens to be the best country in the world and we didn’t ask for independence, we fought for it until we were independent, which also shows how strong and determined Americans are. And we have different ways of spelling things (ex. Color and colour) same meaning. Different spelling. All the same. Okay smarts?

…You guys are seriously fighting over how the word “humour” is spelled? Seriously, get a life. And just then I only spelled it “humour” because i am Australian, and that is how we spell it here. Americans are on the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD AND WE WERE COLONISED BY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. That is why we spell it differently. It’s almost like saying that an Aussie or pommy accent isn’t the “right” accent because it’s not the “American” accent. It’s just dumb! You all seriously have absolutely nothing better to do than argue about how humour is written? Please, get a brain. And as for people in countries where English is NOT the main language spelling it “humor”, it’s only because they’ve probably been taught by a book, CD or classes which ALL HAVE THE AMERICAN SPELLING.

Oh, and one more thing. People in ENGLAND spell it “humour”, and do you know where the language “English” started? ENGLAND, DUMBASSES, ENGLAND.

*timidly raises hand* I’m American, and I totally would swap back to the “our” spelling if microsoft word didn’t throw up zig-zag red lines. I think spelling it “humour”, “colour”, etc. looks a lot more elegant.

Course, I tend to think of most Americans like PROUD American up above me are spoilt little brats who think that everything revolves around them, that everyone should speak and act THEIR way, and that there are NO OTHER OPTIONS BUT THE ONE THEY PICK!

The post I thought was hilarious as it isn’t really about our ignorance or knowledge over Superman per-se, but the fact that everyone seems to fail to realize, in Superman’s world, that Superman is Clark Kent, and vice versa.

Cause seriously Glasses and Tie seem to be the most perfect outfit then to hide your identity.

Though, what was, then disgusting, is an argument spilling out over how Humor or humour is spelt, and turning into cross country rage face.

I have a british friend and I never comment on how she spells things, and she doesn’t comment on how I spell things as it’s not really important.

But glad to see the world is still full of idiots /facepalm
