This should definitely be the other way around. Cal Ripken Jr has been around for quite some time. This Tom Colicchio fella appears to be somewhat known based on a new TV show, way after Cal Ripken Jr. looked this way.

O_O Tom Colicchio looks a lot like the principal from my old high school, Mr. Alley. Except Mr. Alley has a cooler beard and played rugby and is awesome. So very long ago.
