       No, it wasn’t. It was that night, but this was taken by a guy at the hospital before the mugshot. For his mugshot he’d combed his hair. He’s STILL telling the stupid story on talk shows. I saw him just in the last week, still blathering on about how he knew the guy would sell the photo. So yeah…this is totally biased and unfair. To the puppy wuppy.
