Interesting, I always thought it was the same guy lol. Maybe they realized that Leno was creepy so made a creepy character that looks like him.

i got it from billy forrester himself that the special character was suppossed to be a spoof of leno
hahhahhah today I was bored and thought of beetle borgs and how I use to watch it as a kid, Im 19 now, but I saw a pic of beetle borg elvis and was like “hahahah that soo looks like jay leno! hahahahha” thats hilarious that someone beat me to it!
