Doesn’t look like it; Patricia Ziegfeld Stephenson had three daughters, Cecilia, Florenz, and Susan. Patricia Clarkson’s mom is named Jackie. Wouldn’t have been surprised to discover she was though! Billie was quite ginchy…

Billie Burke, who played Glinda DID have a daughter named Patricia. THAT Patricia would be the right age to be Patricia Clarkson’s grandmother. I don’t know if they’re related, though.
