My guess is they might have patterned The Architect’s look off of the Google VP just for shits and giggles.
That Architect guy’s speeches confused the HELL outta me!
That may also be largely due to the fact that i think by the time the screenwriters got around to his speeches, they were pretty much just phoning it in.
Since the Architect was smart enough to invent the Matrix, his speeches SHOULD confuse people and/or cause people to scramble for dictionaries.
But remember who and what Vint Cerf was before Google even existed. “Architect” so…suitable.

The fact that he became Google VP 2-3 years after the Matrix Reloaded…I’m more than inclined to think this is done deliberately. I like to think the people in Google has a sense of humor that pertains to today’s culture
