It is her, though the picture is flipped–you can see the top of her left-shoulder tattoo down at the edge of the picture. As for “flicks,” I assume you mean her makeup–you do know that stuff can be washed off, right?
NOte that her mascara/eyeliner is running while Keith’s still looks fresh! I wonder what brand he uses??;)
I think he uses actual stage makeup which stays on until you have to use a putty knife to remove it. Then again, he might not have ever removed it from their first concert.
Aw, it’s probably just a good waterproof ’scara, like Volum’Express. But Keith’s emphasis is actually eyeliner, not just mascara (as evidenced by our boy J to the D in Pirates of the Caribbean, who put on eyeliner and claimed Keith as his daddy).

I don’t think that’s her – the tattoo on her shoulder doesn’t seem to match with any other pic of her… I might be wrong, but this looks like a fail.
It’s flipped – if you flip the picture horizontally you can see that the tattoo is her left-shoulder tattoo, the one with the blue-and-pink horseshoe and “Daddy” written above it. It’s her tattoo all right.
