Well, they’re both annoying fat guys with beards and curly hair. I see this as more of an imitation than just looking similar.

Seth Rogan wrote Superbad and Pineapple Express, and he was in both. Jonah Hill played Seth in superbad. Superbad was based on Seth Rogans high school experiences, that’s why Jonah hill was cast for that part, he looks so much like him
