The REASON they look like an ewok is they are supposed to!!

When Star Wars was created, the Brussels Griffon was used as a “model” or the insperation behind the look the ewoks by Geroge Lucas…

Yet another intentional lookalike.

Lookalikes are funny if the similarity is unintentional, not when it’s designed to be so. Ewoks are supposed to look like Brussels Griffons. Most cartoon and comic book characters are styled deliberately to look like specific celebrities. It’s not a coincidence, and pointing it out is not funny. Cut it out.
