That guy from Family Guy actually has a name… His name is Bruce, it was in one of the episodes of the last season…
Even if they hadn’t said it, Bruce seems to fit him for some reason.
it is bruce, i just watched it.
His name is also Tobi with an “i” at the end and with two little dots on the “o” to show it makes the “Ooooh” sound.
FYI, two dots over an o – i.e. Ö – does not sounds like “oooh”
In fact the correct sound of Ö is closer to, like, the “err” in “early” but without the R, or like the “uh” in “murder”.
