Good one. Danny DeVito is a great actor; Tiny Tim, however, was one of the creepiest guys ever. Do you remember that bizarro wedding on the Johnny Carson show? WTF was wrong with him anyway?

Well, for once I disagree.
True, they both have wretched hair and dark pupils.
Differences are Tim’s smile is not a smirk and his teeth are not pointed and black.
Penguin does not play an instrument.
Different shirts and hats or lack of.
I would rather meet Tim in a dark alley than Penguin.

I think Tiny Tim’s teeth are scarier!
Personally I wouldn’t want to meet either of them in a dark alley, but I’d have a drink with Danny DeVito!

I personally think that Tiny Tim looks more like weird Al Yankovich than he does the penguin.
When I first looked at this, I thought it was Timothy Spall (as Peter Petigrew) rather than Tiny Tim. :O Those two look more alike in my opinion.
