Even if they did look alike I wouldn’t say so, I don’t want to be on Suge’s bad side. He is mean, Uncle Phil will just ground you or take away your generous allowance. They both also hung out with rappers (if you consider Will Smith a rapper)

Lack of hair and presence of facial hair aren’t so much “features” as they are…follicle states. Their actual faces or even the looks on their faces look nothing alike.
