They aren’t photoshopped. They are VERY similar. The door on the right goes to a doorway off screen. Look at the hand on the cat on the left, its in front of the door. The cat on the right is on the side.

That’s affectionately known as a double door. Note the cat ‘tocks are against the wall/door frame. It splits in the center rather than on either side.
