Under normal circumstances ,it would’ve been “Shia looks like” , but the comparison isnt between Shia and Einstein, but rather Shia and YOUNG einstein( whom shia is older than) . Also they do look alike, but since they are both teh same ethnicity (jewish) , it makes sense
