Wow. That’s pretty bad. It’s no “cops shootin’ a monkey” but they hardly look alike. The shape of the head is off, the hair-do is off, their eyes are waaay off. Maybe the mouth just a little bit. This one’s a “fail” in my book.
Now, I suppose a cat doesn’t look like a person pretty much ever, but when comparing people to people, we should perhaps raise the bar, for humor’s sake.
You know Family Guy is an animated TV show…right? I mean…it’s not real, Cleveland isn’t a real person. Just wanted to make sure you knew that because you’re talking about comparing people to people and only one of the people is actually a person.

Actually I’m pretty sure Cleveland is, to a small extent, modeled after the Rev Jackson. Similar build, the little mustache, etc. Ollie Williams is Al Roker, after all.

While I think this is in general a Fail, I think the actual comparison is in the half-lidded eyes and downward/crabby tilt of the mouths. Not a TLL by a long shot, but not a (serious) racial comparison either
