The first cat is a cartoon cat, and second one is a real cat. Those are two different things to me, and yes I do think Puss looks like the Cookie cat. The “big eyes” thing was like an American Greeting cards take off. How cute is that? There is a girl on America’s Next Top Model that has real eyes just like that. Weird, huh.
