You’d never mix them up in person though, as Hamster is about three feet or so shorter than David Tennant. They’re both kind of cute, but in the toss up, I’d go for Hamster. I’ve always liked short guys.
I’d probably choose the Hamster too – as much as I loooooove my Doctor, he’s just a little too skinny and lanky.

Most of my dreams involve David Tennant in some way, cause my subconscious is even more of a fangirl than my conscious mind.
Just for those viewers not in the know – Richard ‘Hamster’ Hammond (on the left) is a co-presenter of ‘Top Gear’, a show about cars which is extremely popular in the UK and Europe and made by the BBC. He nearly died when a stunt went wrong, but thankfully made a full recovery.
David Tennant is a very popular actor in the UK, and possibly Europe (not so sure). Now most famous for playing Dr Who, which has been an extremely popular sci-fi show for many years on the BBC. He also ‘does’ a bit of Shakespeare, and other roles on tv and film.
And I prefer DT.

Here’s an interesting tidbit:
Richard Hammond sung the soundtrack version of ‘Love Don’t Roam’ for the Doctor Who soundtrack. The song itself first appeared in the episode ‘The Christmas Invasion’, which was the first official Doctor Who episode with David Tennant as the Doctor.
(By the way, not the most flattering photo of David. He’s actually quite sexy and spunky when he wants to be, but looking at this photo of him…it looks like he might want my soul.)
