No, I didn’t read all the comments, but maybe half, so please don’t flip when i say this if it’s already been said!

When it comes to the rainbow issue here, it’s a design element. If the dress (duster? Extreme poncho? I don’t want to know) had had red at the top, it would have looked strange and top heavy. Including the darker colors at the bottom is less confusing to the eyes than having a “heavier” dark color up top.
