trotsky was one of the people to lead the communist parties in russia along with lennin and Stalin. Least i think thats the right trotsky lol.
He participated in the Bolshevik party helping to form the soviet union into a workers democracy, when Stalin took power he came up with the theory of a “deformed workers state” about how it wasnt truly a socialist state.
