Kinda but not really.

Cleveland has a bigger moustache and more hair on his head than either of these two. Also these two guys both have multiple chins that Cleveland dosen’t have, and both have wrinkles going from behind their nose to the middle of their cheek, which clevland also dosen’t have.

The only real similarity with cleavland is that they are all black men with moustaches.
