Oxxio doesn’t mean anything. It’s just a ‘hip’ (quotes intended) name, just like one of our public transportation companies is called Connexxion so I guess they borrowed it from them. But they sell electricity ever since the energy market in Holland got privatized. Ah well, never realized it before but he does look like Conan!

Nice one. Conan’s face always looks like it was kind of made out of modeling clay and the artist didn’t quite know what a human face was supposed to look like, but got really close.
