Well that’s just the thing, it’s not a TLL.
They have SLIGHTLY similar hairstyles. That’s it.
I can undestand your point, but it is not only the hairstyles! It’s also the colour, the position of the head, the facial expression (in this case, the open mouthes), etc. We have to see it all, in its whole, and try to see where the similarities are – the intention may be to underline some characteristic, or just make a caricature, a joke. And those are also good TLL…
That, PLUS the gaping mouth, PLUS the general hideousness. If only the dog were smoking ….
