That’s how he looked in the movie adaptation of the graphic novel League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. They messed with a bunch of stuff, including Captain Nemo running a gigantic steam-powered submarine. But somehow it was still an AWESOME movie (though I think I’m the only one who thinks so). But I know what you mean, in the book he was all tiny and scrawny because Dr. Jekyll’s evil side was underdeveloped.
I disagree with your comment on you being the only one who thinks it was an awesome movie. I loved it… as did my kitteh friends.

Dude it came out in 2008, don’t you mean. Mr. Hyde came out before L4D so Tank looks like Mr. Hyde.
