I think the chubby cheeks are the result of some kind of medicine. I can’t remember the condition or the medicine, but kids get huge on it. Just saying – it’s not a fat baby, it’s a sick baby.

This baby probably has puffy cheeks because it is on steroids for treatment of improperly formed lungs or perhaps a form of chemo to treat lukemia or cancer. Hope this doesn’t happen to your children so people can tell you how fat or ugly they are because they are ill and need aggresive treatment.
