Something tells me the horribly-composed Christmas image is the one people will say is derivative. But it’s probably a stock image that was purchased by both.
I just want to know why she is trying to blow and/or kiss the pumpkin or the cake.

I’d say that pic on the front page of her kissing the frog is probably the original. It’s the one that makes her pose make sense. Cheap that they keep re-using the picture over and over.

I posted this to show cheap ass companies they cant get away with using the same image over & over to save money. While making a feeble attempt at trying to get my hard earned money.

This looks like it was originally a birthday stock photo of a girl blowing out candles. If you look closely, you’ll see that the hat she’s wearing (in both photos) is a pointy paper birthday hat. In the Halloween Photo, they tinted it black and added a rim to make it look like a witch’s hat. In the Christmas one, they made it look like a Santa hat.
What the heck! its the same little girl but sincr they r in diff shoots, either they dyed her hair or during the summer her hair got brighter. that happend to me during the summer.
Also, Santa looks thinner than usual. I guess he cut down on the cake that the little girl is having instead
