To defend Nancy back in October, back in the days of Montgomery Cliff, Rock Hudson etc, lifestyle and sexual preferences were kept from the public eye. That made the characters played believable. That no longer holds true with everybody being an open book today. That being said, NPH can’t pull off being a womanizer because we all know he is gay. Hard to watch this show knowing what an absurd joke it is!

Same here, I always thought Harris was the guy who plays Francis in Malcolm in the Middle. Bad choice of pictures though, Masterson looks much more like Harris on some.

I think the correct look a like should be Chris Masterson looks like a YOUNG Neil Patrick Harris. And with a picture of NPH as Doogie Howser.

When I first saw Malcolm in the Middle I thought “Is that Doogie Howser?” before I realized how old NPH would have been when it came out.

Now that I’ve seen some stuff with older NPH Masterson doesn’t really look like him at all.

I for one don’t think that they look alike in these photos, but I guess that’s just me. But I totally second that Materson looks like Orland Bloom, and just because they have different hair doesn’t mean that they don’t look alike.

All I know is that a couple of times I’ve stumbled over movies with one or the other on TV and have had to check the credits to see which one it was. But it’s tough to find two still pictures where you can see it.

I’ve never had a problem telling Christopher Masterson and NPH apart. I don’t see enough similarity between them to confuse them with each other.

Thin, pointy, similar hairstyle and a 3′o’clock shade. But that’s it IMHO.

Their hairlines don’t look the same, their noses don’t look the same, their eyebrows don’t look the same, the shape of their eyes isn’t the same and god damn it their foreheads don’t look the same either.
