FIRST !!
First to FAIL.
No. They don’t. (look alike)
Should have been more specific about who the professor is, but I think this is definitely a TLL!!
this person fails at getting a good picture of samurai jack and is obviously a reader of PPGD. http://ppg.snafu-comics.com/?comic_id=175
No… YOU are the obvious reader of PPGD… this dude just noticed the resemblance ô_o
Not everyone likes what you do ¬¬ (or reads the comics you do)
Weren’t they made by the same artist?
Yep, same dude.
Indeed they were both made by Craig McCracken. Also made Dexter’s lab.
McCracken never worked on Samurai Jack as far as I can tell. But both shows were by Genndy Tartakovsky (and Dexters Lab too)
Yep, you hit it on the head Genndy Tartakovsky! Wish they’d research these more before putting them on here.
McCracken created the Powerpuff girls, Tartakovsky created Dexter’s Lab and Samurai Jack.
But they have worked side by sides tons of times!
No… he doesn’t.
They don’t look anything alike. Samurai Jack has a little pony tail.
UNOOB
look at their rectangle heads(more or less)
and kinda similar eyebrows
HAHAHAHA!!! Are you serious?! I hope you’re being sarcastic…
If not – because Jack has a ponytail and wears different clothing, he doesn’t look like the professor-dude?
No wonder Superman was able to disguise himself as Clark Kent just by changing clothes and putting on glasses. He must’ve worked around people like you…
this!
Square face man looks like square face man.
Man drawn in artists own stylised art style looks like another man drawn by the same artist in the same art style.
Genndy Tartakovsky.
No surprise – they were both created by Genndy Tartakovski.
Did you even TRY to find good images? One is low resolution and one is fanart. FAIL.
Though it would be nice if the images were nice, this is not a good image contest, it’s just a TLL thing. Besides, the images DID get the general point across.
Um, this was established like a zillion years ago and they were actually good quality images too. Unfortunately the old one has been removed so I can’t show you the good version.
FAIL!
Two awesome shows!!!
gee its almost like they were drawn by the same artist
No one’s ever made this TLL before?! D:
I remember watching it when I was a kid, and I thought they were actually the same person…
Well they are created by the same person.
DUH!!
Dude I miss watching these cartoons now! D: And I thought back then they were the same guy for awhile!
LOL samurai scientists! XD
That actually sounds like an awesome concept. :B
I’d watch that show! (it needs ninjas too though!) XD
if you put jack in a fight with the power puff girls jack will win in 30 seconds
They are clearly the same person. Prof. Utonium was a Samurai in his youth, and the show Samurai Jack is a prequel to Powerpuff girls. He had to cut off his ponytail when he moved to America.
I was totally about to post this on here, lol.
my lil bro and i used to play “powerpuff girl/professor/samuri jack/spongebob/junkyard dogs/bugs life/giant octopus/pokemon” hahaha. it was when i was like 4.
¡¡I ever know!! nobody belive me
OMG IM WATCHING THE POWERPUFF GIRLS RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!
When I saw an ad for Samurai Jack, I thought the exact same thing!
they are done by the same artist, Genndy Tartakovsky, thus look alike. He also did Dexters Lab and the first Clone Wars series
In the samurai jack series, theres an episode where he meets dog archeologists, and they uncover an old city. It’s Townsville from the PPG series (confirmed) and from what I’ve heard Samurai Jack is supposed to be a great descendent of Prof. Utonium. (unconfirmed)
I always thought that when i was younger. And Father from Kids Next Door, although you never see his face, looks as if he would look the same from the shape of his head.
They’re same universe, different time.
