Just to clarify: I’m sure he actually had a birthday outside the paper. It was merely reported in the paper (misplaced modifiers ftw).
Also…technically I think it should be that the man looks like Freddy, not the other way around. Usually it’s whoever is less famous looks like whoever is more famous. (Or whomever was around first, although in this case I’m pretty sure the dude wins.)

This is rude. This poor old man had his picture put in the newspaper for his birthday, and you all are saying he looks like Freddy Krueger. Poor thing probably never expected something like this would happen to his picture and poor thing will probably never find out. :/

That “old man” was my grandfather. And although he was the inspiration and model for the character of Freddy Krueger and was paid quite handsomely for it, he is no longer with us, BUT Freddy IS and doggone it, it’s just not fair!
